1. Delivery of Reports • After completing your purchase, you will receive instant access to your report via your personal space on our app, using the email address provided during purchase.
• While most reports are available immediately, full detailed reports may take up to 24 hours to generate, depending on the complexity of your request.
• Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with a direct link to access your report.
2. Refund Policy • Due to the nature of our services, where value is delivered as soon as the product is made available, we do not offer refunds.
• In the rare case that a technical issue prevents you from receiving any results, we will investigate and offer a resolution, which may include a refund or re-delivery of the report.
3. Subscription Services (Radar) • Our Radar subscription automatically performs a search every 7 days. Results are instantly accessible through your space on the app.
• The Radar subscription includes a 7-day free trial, during which you can enjoy full benefits, including access to a free zone extension and your first new search for free.
• After the 7-day trial period, you will be charged for the subscription. These charges are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, even before the trial period ends.
4. Cancellation Policy • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
